Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Western Ontario. He joined the HKMC Annuity Limited in 2017, where he played a vital role in its foundation, facilitating the establishment of both the life annuity scheme and the company itself within one year. As the Chief Operating Officer, Mr Lee currently oversees life operations and customer service, business and channel development, as well as strategic development and marketing. With over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry, Mr Lee has amassed a broad spectrum of expertise, spanning research and development, life administration operations, sales development, underwriting, among other areas. Prior to taking up the current position, Mr Lee held positions at Ming An Insurance, AXA and Old Mutual International.
