Davin Bau is Assistant Vice President and Head of Sales, Hong Kong Retirement, Manulife (International) Limited, responsible for leading and driving the business development of pension (MPF & ORSO) business of Manulife Hong Kong across agency, bank and broker channels.

In his role, Mr. Bau plays an instrumental part in boosting Manulife’s pension business growth, and has contributed positively towards the company’s MPF leadership position in Hong Kong through effective sales strategies.

Mr. Bau has more than 20 years of pension sales experience and strong channel relationships. Prior to joining Manulife, he was in charge of direct sales for AXA’s local pension and group insurance business. Before that, he held a manager position at HSBC Insurance in Hong Kong, overseeing employee benefits sales.

Mr. Bau obtained a Professional Diploma in Financial Planning and a Professional Diploma in Retirement Schemes Management from HKU SPACE and a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in the UK.
